Biography:
The original Lugar Lulliano was a weak-minded man who was born and raised on the south side of Chicago. Always craving power, his foray into organized crime began during prohibition when Al Capone hired him to transport trucks full of illegal alcohol to different speakeasies throughout the country.

After an illicit delivery of booze in Manhattan, Lugar Lulliano began the long trek back to his home state. Along the way, his truck broke down on a desolate road somewhere in Pennsylvania, and a shapeshifting demon from the hell dimension attacked him. The immensely strong creature pulled a helpless Lugar Lulliano deep into the forest. Away from prying eyes, it consumed the mobster's organs, bone marrow, and blood. Once the demon digested the needed nutrition, a metamorphosis occurred within his cells and molecules, allowing him to assume this new identity. In possession of the hoodlum's memories, the shapeshifter returned to Chicago and assimilated quite well as a new and much-improved version of Lugar Lulliano.
Consumed with the need to attain a massive amount of wealth and prestige, which was a residual energetic byproduct contained within the cells of his latest victim, the new Lugar Lulliano sought to fulfill these desires. His meteoric rise in organized crime began soon after he took multiple bullets for Al Capone and then saved the life of the mob boss during a shootout with rival gangsters.

Once the famous mobster went to prison for tax evasion, Lugar Lulliano had a falling out with many of Al Capone's underbosses. After brutally slaying those men, he spent many years on his own. During that time, his reputation as a professional killer grew exponentially, and he eventually garnered the attention of the Verrazano Brothers. Under their employment, he attained great wealth and clout. After a surprise altercation with Kismet and to rid themselves of their former friend, the Verrazano Brothers gave Lugar Lulliano the impossible task of annihilating the leader of the Heathens. Full of bravado and confident that he could kill any man, the shapeshifting demon happily accepted the job.
A massive fight ensued one night at an extremely large construction site near the West Side Highway in New York City. Although Kismet left Lugar Lulliano for dead, and without a beating heart in his chest, the shapeshifting demon managed to survive the confrontation.
