A fatal flaw Kismet possesses is that he will promote the children of those individuals who have served him with loyalty and honor in the past. With an old way of thinking, he was under the impression that this new generation would serve him as admirably as the previous one. However, this type of mistake has cost him greatly over the past few years. Much like Giacomo Grimaldi, the Irish mobster known as Denis Morrissey was elevated in position only because of his deceased relatives.

Unlike his forefathers, who were always very cooperative when it came to following orders, Denis Morrissey had little patience for Kismet’s games. He saw himself as someone who was better than all of the others, and he wanted to rule over his illicit organization without an authoritative figure watching over his every move. After a number of years of doing as told, he made a bold move and betrayed Kismet by joining Azazael’s forces.

The leader of one of the most sophisticated organized crime syndicates in existence, Mr. Sosai Shinzizu Shinoda, ruled over Japan in secret. Thanks to a pledge of loyalty that one of his relatives made to Kismet, the Shinoda clan remained in power for hundreds of years. Unfortunately, their dynasty came crashing down when Mr. Sosai Shinzizu Shinoda foolishly decided it was time to cut ties with the man who elevated his family from poverty and gave them everything that they had ever desired.

Inside his posh, located on the top floor of the Shinoda Building in the town of Gravesend, the Japanese crime boss watched in horror as Fizzy annihilated the team of ninja assassins and vampire mercenaries that were protecting him.
Although he survived the Heathens' assault, a fate much worse than death awaited Mr. Sosai Shinzizu Shinoda once he was brought to Kismet. In the barn behind the farmhouse, he was not only ruthlessly interrogated and tortured, but when he had no more information to provide, he was fed to the Heathens' enormous pet pig. Over a number of days, the 2000 lb. hog Kismet had named Charlie, slowly devoured the Japanese mobster.

Biography:
Mr. Kung Chee Tong is the head of the Tong crime family, or the Tong Dynasty as it is known in the streets of New York City. While many other mobsters earned their spot on Kismet's bad side by betraying him, the Tong Family has unwittingly kept the deal that their great ancestor had signed in blood a few hundred years ago. Mr. Kung Chee Tong has no knowledge of this blood oath and was never told by his father of the deal their family has in place with Kismet.
At the moment, the Tong family currently owns and operates a string of successful enterprises and franchises throughout the five boroughs of New York City worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Many of these legitimate businesses fall under the Tong corporate umbrella. These include the Tong Chinese Restaurants, the Happy Garden of Tong fast-food takeout chains, the Tong Drycleaners, the Tong Nail Salon & Spa, and the Tong Gift Shops.

Lately, this organized crime family has sensed a shift in power on the streets, and with many of the prominent mafia families either completely decimated or no longer in existence, Kung Chee Tong has decided to expand his criminal empire. Even worse, he decided to do so without the proper authorization. Unfortunately, this decision was unwise and their foray into the street vending business has brought them into a confrontation with the secretive group of Heathens known as the Army of Street Meat.
