Special Powers:
Remus and Remez Verrazano possess enhanced strength, speed, agility, reflexes, and endurance. Due to their celestial origins, the bones, muscles, ligaments, and cartilage in their body are extremely dense. They can also heal from almost any wound or broken bone in a matter of seconds.
Special Abilities:
Thanks to Kismet's tutelage, Remus and Remez Verrazano have become expert hunters, assassins, and combatants. The highly intelligent brothers are also quick learners and they have a knack for getting themselves out of hostile situations.
Special Weapons:
Remus and Remez each carry in their possession a pair of black adamant swords and a pair of adamant daggers. The weapons were gifts from Kismet and given to them when they joined his first incarnation of Heathens. Since their betrayal, Kismet has looked forward to the day when he can skewer both men with those unbreakable blades.
Biography:
Remusiel and Remeziel were once a part of the Watchers, a group of 200 angels dispatched to the Earth for a specific task. Not only were these angels supposed to look over the human race once the fallen angels were expelled from heaven, but they also had the additional assignment of protecting the mortals as well.
At first, Remusiel and Remeziel abided by their sacred duty. For many months, the humans under their care were well protected, and there was no fear of a fallen angel attack in the sector of the planet that they patrolled. However, things would soon change when a majority of the Watchers began their descent into darkness.
During modern times, Remus and Remez gave themselves new monikers and are now known amongst the criminal scum walking the Earth as the Verrazano Brothers. Even more shocking to Kismet than their reemergence was that his former pupils had not only been steadily building their reputation as the greatest pair of assassins the world had ever seen, but they also formed a guild of assassins known as the Narrows that were hunting him down.

At the height of their heyday and when the Narrows were most powerful, this vast fraternal order of professional killers consisted of nearly one hundred individuals that were personally selected by Remus and Remez Verrazano. Although the majority of this secret organization was made up of highly skilled mortals, at one time, there were a few supernatural hitmen including Lugar Lulliano in their ranks. Unfortunately, for Remus and Remez Verrazano, many of the top assassins that they hired since the conception of the Narrows were brutally killed by Kismet.
Recently, Remez and Remus Verrazano were spotted in New York City. Hired by the Chinese mobster, Kung Chee Tong, for a large sum of cash, they were tasked with assassinating a highly trained individual working for a rival of their newest employer. Much to their chagrin, what Remez and Remus Verrazano thought was going to be a painless gig turned out to be anything but easy because they had no idea that the person responsible for murdering scores of Tong soldiers in the streets of Manhattan belonged to a secret team of Heathens. To make matters worse, not only did Remez and Remus Verrazano fail to assassinate the Heathen known as Toast, but during their attack, they were also soundly defeated by his associate Bloody Mary when she came to his rescue. Now they fear that Kismet was alerted to their presence.
