Biography:
When it came time to fill the ranks of the Gravesend Police Department, the man called Lot was short of resources, so he turned to Denis Morrissey for assistance. Luckily, the Irish crime boss had an ample supply of warm bodies under his employment, and he was asked to send at least four dozen of his men to the secretive town.
Since he was already employing too many useless eaters within his criminal organization, and to trim the fat, Denis Morrissey scrapped the bottom of the barrel in an effort to find the perfect candidates to jettison away. With the help of his trusted secretary, Miss Applebottom, a complete list containing the names of his most useless employees was made. Soon after, a busload of the dumbest, laziest, and most incompetent men that Denis Morrissey had working on the docks of New Jersey were sent to the town of Gravesend.
The ring leader of this worthless crew was Egan Colbeck. An Irish boy who was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he had come from a family lineage of corrupt cops, and as an adult, he was even kicked off the force for taking bribes. With nowhere else to turn, he managed to secure a job with Denis Morrissey due to his Irish background. Since Egan Colbeck seemed to be the brightest one out of the dimwitted bunch of crooks sent to Gravesend, and because he was the only one with any previous law enforcement experience, the man called Lot gave him the important job of being the town's sheriff. Much like his job on the docks, his task was simple. All Egan Colbeck had to do was oversee the rowdy crew who would soon become his deputies and keep these men in line.

Biography:
Due to only being half Irish, Merry Salinsky was often looked down upon by his peers on the docks. Luckily, he had a good head on his shoulders and was good with numbers. These traits were valuable assets on the waterfront, where gambling and crime ran rampant.
Eventually, Merry Salinsky endeared himself to a crew of thievish employees who were led by Egan Colbeck. Unbeknownst to Denis Morrissey, they were pilfering guns, ammunition, and underage sex slaves from his cargo ships at every opportunity. This merchandise was then resold at a hefty price on the black market. To avoid detection and in an effort to hide their disloyalty, Merry Salinsky would tinker with the cargo manifest.
Unfortunately, for Egan Colbeck and his crew, their burgeoning criminal enterprise on the docks of New Jersey came to a crashing halt when they were shipped to the town of Gravesend. While there, these crooked thugs were deputized and became the law of the land. Just as they had done previously, this crew would continue to enrich themselves at the expense of their new employer.
As was the case for every new deputy, including Merry Salinsky, they were less concerned with following the mandates that the man called Lot had given to the Gravesend Police Department and were more interested in filling their pockets with heaps of cash taken from the rich townsfolk. However, one caveat was given. Whatever they managed to collect, ten percent had to go to the "Big Guy," also known as Egan Colbeck.

Biography:
Anacletus Higgins was born in Ireland, and after refusing to become a farmer upon his eighteenth birthday, he left his homeland for the United States of America. For many years, he worked many odd jobs in New York City, and it seemed that he was headed nowhere in life. However, his luck would eventually change when some lowlife friends he had met in jail were able to get him a job with Denis Morrissey. Due to his Irish heritage, he was quickly hired and spent a good fifteen years or so on the docks. With a willingness to steal from his employer, Anacletus Higgins was welcomed into Egan Colbeck's crew of criminals.
Although he is a small and thin man with little intelligence, Anacletus Higgins has a penchant for causing big problems whenever he is around. Out of all of the criminal scum within Egan Colbeck's secretive gang, none were more depraved than Anacletus Higgins. Unable to control himself, this sick individual sexually molested and murdered a number of the underage sex slaves they abducted from Denis Morrissey's cargo ships. These actions, along with the dead bodies that Merry Salinsky and the others had to dispose of, nearly ruined the criminal enterprise Egan Colbeck was trying to build.
Luckily, for this band of thieves, Denis Morrissey was never alerted to their treachery because if he had, they would have ended up in cans of tuna on a store shelf. Still, Egan Colbeck blames Anacletus Higgins and the mess he left behind for their banishment to the town of Gravesend. To make sure the same mistakes are not repeated, and to ensure that his new criminal endeavor flourishes, Egan Colbeck keeps a watchful eye over Anacletus Higgins and keeps him at his side at all times.
